Casey Soens - Tucson Branch Manager

Casey Soens brings a decade of field, operational, and customer-focused experience to our Tucson, AZ location. Casey began his career with the company in 2010 as a Scaffold Foreman, where he quickly demonstrated strong technical ability, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safe, high-quality work. His leadership in the field led to his promotion to Superintendent in 2012, where he oversaw project execution, crew performance, and jobsite coordination on major projects. In 2020, Casey transitioned into a sales role, leveraging his deep operational background to strengthen customer relationships and develop new business opportunities. His well-rounded experience across operations, field management, and sales paved the way for his promotion to Branch Manager in 2025. Today, Casey leads branch operations with a focus on customer service, team development, and operational excellence, continuing to play a key role in Action’s growth and success.
