Jim joined the Action group of companies as its Chief Financial Officer in May 2024.  Prior to Action, Jim served as President and Chief Executive Officer for PMA Industries, a leading contract manufacturer of industrial and consumer products, and was previously CFO of that organization.  Previously Jim was CFO at Keller Electrical Industries, a manufacturer of industrial electric motors and controls and industrial electrical contracting in the Southwest U.S serving the mining and water/wastewater industries.  Previous experience includes significant M&A experience and a mix of public company and privately held (private equity-backed) organizations.  Jim began his career with Ernst & Young.
