Paul Stubberfield - Action Sales Manager

In 2010 Paul began his career at Action as a scaffold erector and superintendent. While working alongside crews and management, Paul provided a bridge between office logistics and boots on the ground to ensure the success of Action.

It was not long before becoming an estimator and outside salesman specializing in suspended scaffold/ swing stage, that he became the department head for several years.

​

Paul was promoted to Branch Manager of the Phoenix location in end of 2021, to oversee the largest team of sales and scaffold labor within the company focusing on safety while keeping productivity on task.

​

Paul moved into the role of Sales Manager in 2023 to continue his integral role in the monumental expansion of Action equipment and Scaffolding.

​

Paul’s goal is to be an integral part of Action Phoenix and the growth of the corporation as an expert in access and scaffolding, customer service, project management and safety His customer centric attitude exemplifies the culture when dealing with Action and the ‘can-do’ mentality they our clients expect.
