Jacee works closely with facilities and field teams to coordinate manpower, equipment, logistics and scheduling. His operational leadership helps ensure each project is approached with a clear plan and the resources needed to perform safely and efficiently.
Sara Bonvillian — Industrial Business Development
Sara Bonvillian helps connect industrial customers with our industry experts and resources at Action Scaffold Industrial.
Sara helps identify practical access solutions aligned with the facility schedules, safety demands and production goals. Her relationship-driven approach supports long-term partnerships built on responsiveness, expert resources and trust.
Kevin Burden —
Sales and Estimating
Kevin Burden supports industrial customers through sales, estimating and early project planning.
Accurate estimates begin with a strong understanding of the work. Kevin evaluates project requirements, access conditions, labor needs, equipment quantities and scheduling considerations to help develop solutions that are both practical and cost-effective.
His work during the planning stage, along with our operations department, helps establish realistic expectations and provides the foundation for successful field execution.
Dave Schroeder — President
As President, Dave Schroder provides the leadership and strategic direction behind Action Scaffolding Industrial as well as being a critical member of the company for 3 decades.
