Ron Nelson - Phoenix Branch Manager

In the early 1990s, Ron Nelson joined Action as a mechanic, dedicating five years to the company. Following a stint as a mechanic in his family's construction business, he returned to Action in 2014 after a breif retirement. Ron’s journey at Action has been diverse, progressing through roles such as parts manager, IT, billing, and office manager.

In 2023, Ron achieved a significant milestone by being appointed as the Branch Manager of the Phoenix location. This role requires him to lead the largest team of sales and scaffold labor in the company, with a primary focus on maintaining safety standards while ensuring optimal productivity.

Ron is also spearheading the development and implementation of a streamlined digital workflow to improve communication, enhance tracking, and increase overall operational efficiency across the branch.
